 Ross Goodwin is Manager of the Arctic Science and Technology Information System (ASTIS) at the Arctic Institute of North America, University of Calgary. He has a B.Sc. in Computer Science, a Management Development Certificate and holds the I.S.P. (Information Systems Professional) certification awarded by the Canadian Information Processing Society. Ross has 30 years of experience providing information services to governments, universities and industry. He and his staff have developed the Circumpolar Health Bibliographic Database for the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) Team in Circumpolar Chronic Disease Prevention.
